Meet Constance
Constance Mann, MSW, LCSW
Welcome. I'm Constance Mann, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My clinical approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen emotional well-being. Whether you are navigating a current challenge or healing from past experiences, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to move forward.
I specialize in working with adult women experiencing:
Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress
Anxiety and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Depression and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
Life Transitions and Adjustment Difficulties
Stress and Burnout
Self-Esteem and Identity Concerns
Relationship and Interpersonal Challenges
Grief and Loss
Women's Issues
Racial and Cultural Stressors
Emotional Regulation Difficulties
As a Black woman and therapist, I am passionate about creating a space where Black women can show up authentically, process their experiences without judgment, and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. Many Black women carry the weight of multiple responsibilities while navigating personal, professional, and societal pressures. Therapy can be a place to rest, heal, reclaim your voice, and invest in yourself.
My goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode and toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate the journey alone.
