Constance currently is in network with most major commercial insurance plans in Missouri. If you choose to forgo using your insurance benefits, private pay rates are listed above.
If you are uninsured or out of network, we can provide a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement.
In Network with UHC/Optum, BCBS Missouri, Cigna & Aetna and additional commercial plans.
Documentation is charged at hourly rate.
The Renewing Oasis offers private pay options.
Initial Individual Session - $200
Individual Therapy Sessions - $150
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to the start of treatment and upon request.
